今日も☆先生のレッスン♪
今日はお昼が遅かったこともあり、お腹がが空いていなかったので夕ご飯を食べてませんでした。
フリートークで「晩御飯食べた？」と聞かれたので「食べてない」と答えると「レッスンが終わった後で食べるの？」
と聞かれたけど、あまり遅くからは食べないことにしているので「食べない」と答えると、
「食べないと病気になるよ～！病気になって病院に行かないといけなくなるよ！」って。
「レッスンが終わってお腹が空いていたら食べてね」って言ってくれました。

一生懸命にご飯を食べないといけないよって言ってくれた。
ご飯をたくさん食べるから健康で働けるんだよって。
わかってるんだけどね～(^^;)
「ダイエットしてるの？」って聞かれたので「ダイエットしてる」と答えると
「必要ないよ～！私はビデオでは小さく見えるけど、本当はVery bigなのよ」って。（笑）
先生も全然太ってないのにね。
これからはレッスンの前にはしっかりとご飯を食べることにしようっと。
