今日も☆先生のレッスン♪
今日はまた先生が新しいフィリピンのパンを教えてくれました。
今度は「ensaymada(エンサイマダ)」ってパンです。
これは「pandesal(パン・デ・サル)」と違って甘いパンだって。
作り方は調べてね！って。
で、早速調べたらレシピはいくつか見つかりました。
作り方や材料を見るとどうやらチーズを使った甘いパンのようです。
かなりカロリーが高そうな感じだな～(^^;)
でも、一度作ってみようかな。
でもその前にレシピの材料を自分用に計算しなおさなきゃ・・・

今日のレッスンは昨日のレッスンでできなかった部分は
練習したおかげでなんとかクリア。
新しいパートに移ったけど今日の部分はそんなに難しくなかったので
何とか終了してLesson56の最後のパートへ。
最後のパートは何とか最後までいったけど、いまいちだったので
次回はこのReviewから開始です。
