今日も☆先生のレッスン♪
今日は何をしていたのか聞かれた時に、前回教えてもらった「necessities」を使って答えたり、
「the day after tomorrow」や漫画を読むの？と言う質問をされたときに
「I read a manga when I was a younger.」とDMEで習ったsentenceを使って答えることができました。
少しずつでも自然にこうやって習ったことが生かせるようになるのはうれしいな♪
今日のDictationはそんなに難しくなかったので1文字だけ抜けただけで後はできました。
レッスンも何とか今日はいつもよりはスムーズに言えました。
毎回このぐらいスムーズに言えればいいのにな。

関係代名詞や接続詞で when の使い方はわかるようになってきましたが、
まだ that や who の使い方がいまいち理解できないのでLesson70で出てきたこの文章を
ちょっと分解して考えてみました。
Do you think that people who live alone are happy?
まず、これの
Do you think
この部分は理解できるので
people who live alone are happy
の people who live alone の部分の意味が who のある・なしでどのように意味が
変わるのか調べてみました。
people who live alone ⇒ 一人で住んでいる人
people live alone ⇒ 人々は一人で住んでいる
このように意味が全く変わります。
そして that の接続詞を「・・・のことは」と考えると
Do you think that people who live alone are happy?
は「あなたは一人で住む人のことを幸せだと思いますか？」と理解することができます。
このように文章を分割することで that や who の使い方が少しわかったような気がします。
